Excellart and Dr Hadwen Trust

We designed a supporter survey, to find out more about the Trust's supporters and why they support the Trust, as well as a communications questionnaire, to find out how the supporters would like to be communicated with. The results and feedback helped Dr Hadwen Trust to drive their supporter recruitment and supporter development programmes, increasing income and reducing costs.
